Functional Adaptive Movement (FAM) is a strength & conditioning programme specifically designed for all ages to increase the overall health and wellness of those dealing with any disability.
These will be held Sunday's (except for long weekends)

ParaFed Canterbury Membership = $40 per year
FAM Cost = $50 per term (approx. 12 sessions)
